About Us
We are a small, established building company based on the outskirts of Malvern. We have been trading in the construction industry and specialising in older period properties for over 15 years.
We undertake various aspects of building work, including timber frame restoration, maintenance and extensions. Working closely with a variety of skilled tradesmen enables us to provide an all round building service for our clients. Our aim is to carry out the work sympathetically to the property and where possible restore them to their original condition.
As a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen our work has been certified to a high standard. We are delighted to have received two award nominations in 2014 by Building Control for an Award of Excellence. The first award nomination was in April 2014 for the Lilac Cottage project. The second award nomination was in October 2014 and was for the Park House project.
Lee left school in 1986 and served his apprenticeship in brickwork for a Cheltenham based construction firm. On completion of his apprenticeship he was then employed on a country estate where he learned more traditional methods of building work on period properties. He set up Churchill Property Restoration Ltd in 1999.
While the majority of our work is renovation we have also been involved in a number small developments and restoration projects of our own, one of which was Maple House which is used as the backdrop to this website and also featured on Escape to the Country where we received excellent reviews. You can see the full Maple House project in our gallery page.
